grab a white tile and spray paint it with flat black spraypaint. I used Rust-oleum 2x paint with primer to spray the tile. I sprayed two even coats and allowed to dry about 15 minutes.
using imag-r i removed the background of my photo, cropped, and resized the image. In Imag-r.com i used 318dpi. I chose norton(white tile painted black) and downloaded bitmap.
place your tile in your machine, frame it and check the distance. I used 70percent power and 220 speed. make sure your image is inverted.
take your tile and spray it with gloss clear 2x rust-oleum
