Information
This design was made in memory of a gamer dad who logged off far too soon. I wanted to create a tribute that felt true to the culture and comfort of growing up in pixels, something that says "we miss you" in the same language he loved. It’s soft, a little bit silly, and achingly sincere. A small token for big loss, especially for those who grieve with controllers in hand and nostalgia in their inventory.

Step2: Wood Prep and Laser Settings
Preview
Used 3mm basswood. No masking but Air Assist was on high for this one. Settings can be tweaked for denser wood or material or darker linework, but be mindful of the darker coloring at the bottom for this one, it could burn if tweaked too heavily. Ever so lightly sanded with a sanding sponge after just to smooth it out.
