Information
Laser-engraved on black finished wood plaque featuring a floral chaos star and bold “CHAOS VIBES” text. Created to combine anarchic energy with gothic elegance—perfect for altars, studios, or anyone thriving in beautifully unpredictable spaces.

Step1: Design Prep
I assembled the design and then vectorized it in Adobe Illustrator to export to Creative Space.

Step2: Wood Prep and Laser Work
I used a Black Finish Blank Plaque. There were no settings for this one, but using the ones for Black Painted Paulownia Wood seemed to work beautifully, given the golden tones brought it out. If using a different or uncoated material, you'll likely need to tweak these settings to increase the power or lower the speed.

Step3: Aftercare
I wiped down the plaque to clean up any misguided paint leftovers and dried. The finish was already glossy so I opted to not use polycrilic on this one
