      This eye-catching mirror combines iridescent acrylic and mirror acrylic in a layered, abstract design with the uplifting engraved message “You’re pretty.” It’s a fun, beginner-friendly project that adds color, reflection, and positivity to any space. Perfect for showcasing laser engraving on mirrored surfaces and creative acrylic layering.

Step1: Design Setup

Import the abstract shape layers and mirror outline into your design software. Set engraving parameters for mirror acrylic (low power, high speed) to avoid damaging the reflective layer.

Step2: Material Prep

Apply masking tape over both iridescent and mirror acrylic to reduce scorching and residue. Apply adhesive backing to the mirror acrylic so it can stick to iridescent acrylic after.

Step3: Cut!

Cut cut cut!

Step4: Assembly

Peel the protective film from all cut pieces. Align and apply the mirror acrylic in the center of the iridescent cutout.

Step5: Finishing Touches

Add hanging command strips or display stand if desired. Clean residue with microfiber cloth & alcohol.

Optional add LED strip lights behind for glowing effect!
