      Simple Business Card Jig for 16 86mm x 54mm Business cards

The Jig allows for easy placement and easy removal.

Simply cut out the design and then glue to another sheet of material the same size - you can use 1.55mm material or 3mm material.

On my S1 40W - I use the following settings for engraving the Business cards and it works great.

Engrave - 21% power - 360mm/s speed, 1 pass
You get a nice clean and crisp engraving with no heat distortion to the Aluminum Business Card - looks very professional.
