To design these simple keychains, we just have to follow the following steps:

• We insert a 6mm circle and a 3mm circle. We center them, select both shapes and click on combine and subtract in superposition. We make several copies.
• We insert text and write the name we want. We choose typography that we like. In this case I have chosen "Cooper Black Italic Pro". It is very important to choose the same height so that all the keychains come out with the same height size, only the length will vary according to the letters that the name has. 
• Once we have the names, we are going to generate the outline in 3 of each of them. If it happens to you that there is a gap to cut (Example: Carlos) what we will do is put that piece inside a shape and select both shapes and click on combine and join, in this way the piece will disappear. 
• We take the copies of the circles we made at the beginning and place them in the upper left part of the outline of the name. When we have it well placed, we select both shapes and click on combine and join. In this way we will have already made the part where we will put the ring of the keychain. 
• We do the same with all the names. 
• We select the names to engrave and the contours to cut. 

We turn on the Xtool, place the MDF board inside, adjust the height of the laser, check the parameters and hit start. 

We let the machine do its job. 

Once we have all the names ready, we just have to add the ring of the keychain. 

I used colored keychains that look super cool. 

We have a super simple design ready that we can use as a keychain marker.
