Step1: Look for a leaf in your garden

I took the first one that was quite rigid and almost flat

Step2: Place it in your laser machine

I mark it on my M1Ultra with polygon marking clicking a lot of time along the leaf silhouette. This gives you a sort of silhouette of the leaf, so you can well place the heart within the leaf.

Step3: Select the parameters and engrave it

I recommend to test your parameters gradually, from low power/high speed.
A too high power or too passes could make your laser pass through the leaf.
