cut out the design in Black and Red

the file has two images - the read section has an outer circle 

separate the unneeded section and discard

begin placing the section together 

I used a blob of blue tack to help with the small parts

Glue the section together from the rear - I used superglue but you could use tape or solvent cement.

You're all done!
