Step1: Design
Preview
- Start out by inserting a shamrock svg into XCS
- Create your text
- Here I just used “Happy St. Patricks Day”
- Add a small rectangle to the bottom this what will sit in your base.
- Select the rectangle and the shamrock and unite them together.

Step2: After lasering and the project doesnt fit in the base?

- Grab some digital calipers and measure the width and length of your small rectangle at the bottom
- Open XCS and edit the smaller rectangle that located inside the base and edit those measurements to the ones you just took and recut just the base.

Step3: Paint & Assembly

- First I paint the shamrock.
- Then I glued my letters on top of the shamrock according to the scored lines.
