Chalk Paint or Chalk Spray Paint.
Wood glue/Super glue
Design:
As per tempate drawing.
Assembly:
Place plywood into machine.
Adjust settings as per machine.
Cut, Score & Engrave design onto plywood.
The 7 separate wooden rectangles - paint with chalk paint/spray.
Stick the painted rectangles onto the scored areas.
