Now on the scored circle - start glueing the circles in this order

1 x 0.725" Circle

1 x 0.75" Circle
1 x 0.725" Circle

1 x 0.725" Circle

Insert the Wings
Close it off with

1 x 0.75" Circle

You can do this any way you like. This is to make sure there is enough room for the wings to rotate but at the same time it doesn't hit the building or fall off from the front
