Step 1: add file to XCS. and ensure the settings are correct for your module and wood being used. I used 3mm basswood. 

Step 2: paint your wood first(optional). for the brick pattern(colored red in XCS) I used the color red. for the roof(colored purple in XCS) I used the color gray. For the bone, I used white, and for the grass(colored green in XCS) I used color green. 

Step 3:  place your wood in machine and process the file after framing.

Step 4: Take your brick patterned pieces, and glue together(I used super glue). 

Step 5: glue the roof patterned pieces to the brick patterned pieces(as seen in photo)

Step 6: Glue the bone to the dog house, and then glue the house to the floor(green). 

Step 7: glue your dog the floor.
