- Start by creating your design in Canva
- Save your file as a PNG and bring it into XCS.
- You will need to create an offset for each sticker piece
- Select the design
- Click on offset and create an offset to your liking and click confirm.
- Select both the outline and design and group them together.
- Repeat these steps for each sticker
- Next you will need to create the actual sticker sheet.
- Create a box (for this design I used a 3x5 but depending on how large or small you want you stickers you can size up or down)
- Next arrange and size your stickers inside of the rectangle box.
- Click the rectangle box and assign it a different color come the sticker offset. This will be helpful later when you need assign to different cut settings.
- If you added any text in XCS to your design you will need to create a mask
- You will need to find a color swatch on a search engine by searching the color name. Copy the photo and paste into XCS
- Select both the text and color swatch and click Create Mask up at the top
- Move the color swatch behind the text and click Done
- Now its ready to print!

- Change your process to inkjet printing found on the top toolbar
- Place your stick mat down inside the machine long with your sticker paper on top
- Print you project
- Once done, change the process to blade cut
- The big rectangle box will need different cut settings than the offsets because we want this cut to cut all the way through.
- I used a glossy printable vinyl sticker paper and the settings that worked for me 120/60/2.
- The offset don't need to be cut through just need to be cut for peeling.
- The settings 80/80/1 worked well for this.
- The big rectangle box will need different cut settings than the offsets because we want this cut to cut all the way through.
