Information
This is an easy to make "best seller" that is always popular at craft fairs and vendor events. It's quick to personalize, easy to make and easy to paint. I used acrylic paint, and acrylic paint pens to personalize. You can decorate the hat with just a color, or pick a pattern. The files are included in this inspiration, they were made by me based off of clip art gnomes.
