- Create your text and build your design around that
- I brought in some balloons to put on both sides of the text
- Select all the objects and create an offset
- Click on release vector and delete all the inner objects as shown in photo 3

- Grab your glue and all your cut outs
- Start gluing on top of the backing
- Turn over and apply hot glue and two toothpicks to the back.
