Step1: Upload the XCS file
Resize the image to what you like!

Step2: Cut Image

Cut out the template as you have it set
I put masking tape on to minimize charring

Step3: Paint the snowflake
Preview
Paint the snowflake that will come out of the earring
I picked white but use whatever color you like

Step4: Assemble
Preview
Glue the snowflake onto the whole drop shape
Put on the earring hooks to the earrings
