With an AImake image this project gets under way
With the image in xcs it is edited and slightly changed
With sizing the image and a background created the adjustments are set to engrave and cut.
With the sign itself ready to be processed a couple of feet are created made from walnut.
These feet are made from a circle cut in half and a second circle subtracted to create an arc.
After the arc is ready a slot is subtracted to fit the yellow acrylic with a tight fit.
Once all engraving and cutting is complete the arcs are press fit to the bottom of the sign so it stands on it's own.
