with the name tags it is important that you find the right kerf
I have used a kerf of 0.15 here
this varies from device to device
the good thing about the project is that the feet are very small and so you can make test prints quickly and without much consumption and find a good value for the right kerf

Step2: assemble

There is also something to consider when putting them together
if the kerf is chosen very tightly then it holds very firmly but if you then want to correct it again, the black from cutting often colours the surface and that no longer looks good

furthermore, if the kerf is too tight, the edges can break off when you put them together
better make it a little looser
