Wooden Keychains Soccer ball with name. Made with 3mm bassewood plywood in Xtool M1
Instruction
Step1: Design
Open the KeyChainsoccer.xcs file in Xtool Creative and you will have the Keychain
Step2: Cutting Setting
The file is set for 3mm Basswood Plywood with Triangular Prism.
The cut layer is red and is set for Xtool M1 10W, you can change this option depending on the machine. You can also modify the parameters depending on the material as plywood, acrylic or any other material you have available
Step3: Engraving settings
- Turn off the red layer so you can work with the soccer ball and name.
- Change the name to the one you want to place on the Keychain.
Note: The font can be modified, as well as the size. Always with the same power and speed settings so that the engraving is homogeneous.
- Place the name on the soccer ball and select both elements. Then select subtract at overlap
- Make the red layer visible and delete the other drawing (the example) so that only a key chain remains
Step4: Place Stainless Steel Keyring
Add the Stainless Steel Keyring to the wood to finish the Keychain
