This project starts with decorative card stock glued to 3mm birch.
The material is then cut out
With the size of the wood frame a couple rectangles are made to match this size
With this in the software thin narrow rectangles are created to cover the area
2 different sizes are needed and for each the array is used to create and space them out correctly.
Once all of the vertical rectangles are in place to cover the surface of the wood frame the adjustments to the settings are set.
Now it is ready to send to be processed.
When all the cutting is complete the new cover is glued to the front of the wood frame.
A photo is inserted into the frame and it is ready to be enjoyed.
