Information
THis is a layered ornament that is designed to be cut out on a 12x12 basswood sheet. Any other size there may need to be adjustments. Everything is a cut except the green that is designed to be set to score so that you can see the placement of the components.

Step1: Cut and score your wood

Adjust to your laser settings and material that you are using. The settings I provided are for 3mm basswood on my s1 40w

Step2: Paint

I used acrylic paint in one of my images. I I miss painted two of the pieces black that should’ve been red, but of course you can get creative as a paint color that you would like. I like to paint the pieces while they are still attached to the board and then pop them out once they dry. I’ve tried to set up the pieces so that most pieces that are one color Can be painted all at one time.

A symbol and glue. I like to glue the smallest pieces first and then work from top to bottom.
