![[Laser cut and engrave] Xart 2 layered Hanging Grinch](https://image-res.xtool.com/ali-res/community/making/a38fa0e2-d38c-484c-a6cf-0b1ce6faa79e/PhotoRoom-20231022_143238.png?x-oss-process=image/resize,w_1200,h_900,limit_0/interlace,1/format,webp/auto-orient,1)

I used xArt and the line art, to make an image of the Grinch with a Christmas tree. Opened the edit image tab and removed the background and the Christmas tree. I copied the image and used that image to remove the legs.
Did the same for the shoes and the head, so that i ended up with the body, head, legs and feet.
Before i used the outline, i set all the image settings to engrave and set the power and speed settings.
I then clicked on each image and used the outline button and set it to zero.
Once that was done, i inserted a circle to place on each image where i wanted the holes to be, to insert the hoops later on.
I set all the outlines settings to cut and put in the power and speed settings.
Once all the pieces were engraved and cut, i painted the edges with black, so it would pop out more.
After i cleaned it, i added the white, red and green colors.
I then attached the head to the body with glue, so it became 2 layers and added hoop rings to the holes and a little rope
to the top for hanging.
