Instruction

Step1: Import the XCS file

Turn on the machine, open xTool Creative Space on the computer, drag in the required xcs files, put them in order, select the grab-rotating attachment processing mode, and set the processing mode for different canvases respectively. Confirm the parameters of each canvas and make preparations before processing.

Step2: Laser processing

Fix the rotating attachment and the stainless steel thermos cup, measure the diameter of the cup mouth, enter the diameter size in the xcs file, place the processing pattern along the axis, and pay attention to the position of the axis in the middle of the cup.

Remember to replace the text in the document with your own name! The engraved pattern can be placed anywhere you like.

Step3: Complete

Preview

Remove the cup and gently wipe its surface with an alcohol wipe to remove the black marks left by the laser cutting. Now, a unique, personalized Christmas metal thermal mug with your name engraved on it has come to life!

PS:After the processing is completed, please carefully inspect whether the pattern on the cup's surface is clear, and do not move the cup's position during this time! If the pattern is not fully engraved, please ignore the partially engraved sections and re-execute the laser engraving process to ensure that the pattern on the cup is perfectly presented.
