With AImake an image is created
This image of a winter scene is then brought in to xcs software
Once in software the inside of frame is measured
With this measurement a piece of 3mm birch wood is cut to exact size
This piece of wood is then inserted into the frame and set to be flush with the top of the frame.

With the image sized to the same as the outside of the frame the pin point position system is used to mark the frame
Once the marking is in the software the image is match to that size. With the frame and 3mm birch in place in the machine the image is adjusted to be engraved.
Once settings are adjusted it is sent to machine and processed.
The engraving will engrave the frame and the inside all at the same time
When finished the inside is pushed back to the back of the frame and the backing of frame is then re-applied and is ready to use.
