Instruction

1

Step1: cut & engraving the bottom of the puzzle

The 1rst  step is to engrave the bottom of the puzzle and cut around the edges.

You can use an old, dry toothbrush to brush the engraved puzzle pieces, to remove the ash caused by cutting and engraving, and to keep them clean.
Briefly run very fine emery cloth or sandpaper over and around the edge of the puzzle , to remove splinters and make it easier to fit the puzzle pieces together.

The

1st operation consists of engraving the bottom of the puzzle and cutting out the lathe.

You can use an old dry toothbrush to brush the edges of the puzzle, to remove the ash from cutting and engraving so as not to get dirty.
Briefly pass a very fine emery cloth or very fine sandpaper around the edge of the edge, to remove splinters of wood and facilitate the fitting of the puzzle pieces in relation to each other.

Cut four sticks at a 45° angle. 
These four sticks should be glued to the engraved bottom of the puzzle to hold the puzzle pieces in place and secured with clothespins, for example, while the glue dries.

You

can either cut a complete rectangular frame or cut 4 sticks at a 45° angle. 
This frame or these 4 sticks will have to be glued to the engraved bottom of the puzzle to wedge the puzzle pieces and held tight with clothespins for example while the glue dries.

Step4: Dedication of the artist behind the puzzle
