Thermos cups

Information

      I made these cups for my house. 

Here are some helpful steps


Make sure the base is parallel with laser. I suggest you make a mark since it will move switching pieces.  I used a sharpie marker as shown in the picture.

Make sure piece is flat in the chuck/gripper. 

Set laser hight with the leg at the apex, then adjust laser over the piece at the apex

Level cutting area by shim at end

This orientation requires “reflect” to reverse image due to the step motor for the chuck.  The picture shows how it looks in the software. 

Go through each set up set between pieces.
