Merry Christmas sign with Santa hat decoration 4ft

Step 1

1. With AImake an image for a Santa hat was used
2. Once picked it was set in xcs software
3. After some editing the hat was ready to be added to the first letter of the sign

Step 2

1. Now we have the hat outline which is added to the letter M
2. The font was picked from the computer and was sized to fit the sign length
3. With all the letters matching in height the cut settings were adjusted.
4. The Conveyor for the S1 was used for this project as the piece of wood was 50+ inches long.
5. Once the size was set for the conveyor it was time to cut all the letters out to make the sign

Step 3

1. Once the letters were all cut each letter got a coat of paint
2. As you can see the colors alternated with green red then white and repeated
3. Once the letters were dry they were glued to a then backboard and was ready to be dispalyed.
