Information

When trying to align several cut layers, a dowel, straight pin, paper clip, etc. may be used to assist in aligning the layers during glue up. Simply insert the paper clip, straight pin, or dowel into this jig and identify the size of the alignment hole need to cut in each project layer for later alignment.

Step1

I used S1 with settings cut(85%,20mm/s,1 p), score(50%,150 mm/s, 1 p). Because of the kerf the holes will be larger than stated. That can be ignored because you just draw the size indicated on this project onto your multilayer project. Then during glue up, insert a pin through all of the holes for alignment.
