⚙️ Cutting Tips and Parameters (XCS)

Layer Management: Divide cutting elements according to layer. Make sure you set the processing order of the vectors correctly in xTool Creative Space (XCS).

Speed and Power: Always carry out preliminary tests on your material. In general, for 3 mm birch plywood with diode/CO2 laser, set clean cutting parameters with any air assistance (Air Assist) active to avoid excessive burns on the edges.

⚠️ Post-Processing and Assembly Instructions

Removal from the worktop (Honeycomb/Baseplate): Be extremely careful when removing the design after laser cutting.

Delicacy of details: Since there are very thin, carved and particularly delicate parts in the top layer, proceed with caution to avoid accidental breakage of the smaller branches and petals. Use a thin spatula or gently lift the piece with the help of transfer tape or protective gummed paper applied beforehand.

Gluing: Once the pieces are clean, apply a small amount of vinavil or quick wood glue to the back of the top layer, align it precisely with the base and press lightly until completely dry.
