The lettering is already set to the width and height of the standard wooden blocks (22 x 160 x 8), but can still be changed in size as desired.

Cut a suitable carrier plate and sand the edges slightly if necessary.
I used 1.5 mm grey board here, but other materials are also possible. However, the thickness should then be limited to 3 mm, otherwise the lettering (incl. felt applicator) will be too thick and no longer fit into the stand. The setting is based on my 1.5 mm grey board

Have the lettering cut out of felt again. Be careful to change the previous settings here. If you have a different felt color, the settings may be different!

Step 2 and 3 can also be done together if you glue the backing plate and the felt together in advance. But then you have to try out the settings!

Attach the cut-out felt lettering evenly to the grey board with craft glue. Press down well and let it dry completely.

If you use a wooden board, you could also use a wood glue to glue the felt. But I would test that first.

Three wooden blocks measuring 22 x 160 x 8 mm are used for the stand. The blocks are glued together and form the stable base lettering. I engraved the saying on a block with the settings mentioned before assembly. But it is also possible to do it later.

Simply place the lettering in the prepared stand.
