Made in Inkscape based on the actual card.
I've made this with Creality Falcon A1C successfully. Unfortunately I don't own a Xtool so I can't fiddle with settings there or recommend.
Red: Cut
Black: Line engrave
Yellow: Fill engrave
Simple to cut, then glue together.
