Personalized Leather Guitar Pick Keepsake

First you will need some 3-4 oz leather or another material that will work.

If using a F1 I recommend a veg-tan leather.

If using a Co2 laser you can use any leather you want as long as it 3-4 oz leather. (1.5-2mm thick)

you will also need a 1/16th" acrylic, or a 3D Printer to make the inserts

place your material in your machine and cut out the guitar pick covers, and the insert. 

If 3D printing it, the file is included.

Sandwich the insert in the middle of the pick covers and line them up .

Then take your needle and threads and preform a saddle stitch all the way around

now, bevel, and burnish your edges. 

Once you are done you can engrave, or UV print your personalization's on the front and backs.
