Keep all the small parts round

Create the pins, as on the model. You can replace them with bolts

Assemble the 3 boxes. 

Attach the connecting rods to the bottom box. Then the middle one and finally the top

For the lid I used a vinyl cutout to serve as a hinge.

The sticks that remain are to be glued to the back of the top box for the large ones and the middle box for the small ones, they serve as feet to prevent the box from falling backwards #makeitmoove
