Step1

Adjust size and change name inscription as needed. The current size would allow for 2 layers of 3 picks.

After cutting out all the pieces I temporarily taped the 2nd and 3rd pieces together and drilled the holes for the magnets. These are the magnets I used. Master Magnet 0.3 in. x 0.11 in. Neodymium Rare-Earth Magnet Discs (10 per Pack) 07045HD - The Home Depot.

After drilling the holes, I removed the temporary tape, and I glued the first two pieces together along with 2 of the magnets.

I then glued the remaining 3 pieces together along with 2 magnets.

I sanded the pieces lightly with 320 grit sandpaper and applied 4 coats of spray on polyurethane.

Last thing I did was cut and glue in pieces of felt. 1 on the inside of the cover and 1 on the inside of the back.
