Halloween Haunted Carriage with Pumpkin Driver

      It's so great, it's spooky!

This haunted stagecoach, driven by the pumpkin man with all his spooky buddies riding in back, makes a great Halloween decoration. A skeleton, ghost, witch, vampire, mummy, and black cat peek out of the windows, and four lanterns hang from the roof corners.

The whole thing is cut from 3 mm plywood and locks together with tabs, slots, and keys. No glue needed. The body and roof rail use living hinges to bend around the curves, and the wheels actually roll.

My family loves Halloween, and I was looking for a chance to learn my new xTool M2 and my design tools by building something fun. I designed it from scratch in Autodesk Fusion, and it turned out to be a great first big project for learning living hinges, tab and slot joints, and how all the parts have to fit together.
