The engraving process is super fast with the F1 Ultra and pretty straightforward. However the cutting may take a few tries to narrow down. 

 

We noticed that if you're laser module it a bit to high or too low, it may really affect your result.

 

We recommend starting off with the really thin cards like 0.1 or 0.2 mm ones. This way you can reduce the passes to around 10 and cut clean through. 

 

For the thicker cards you may need to increase your passes to make it all the way through, but in our experience even if it looks like the cut isn't all the way through, you can typically pop out the design with a bit of effort.
