Information

      This is a follow up to my other project which walks you through embossing the phoenix in slate. This takes it to the next level by using the Omni O1 to add colours accurately all over the embossed coaster.

Instruction

Step1: Colorise the 3D picture

The original is built in Xtool 3D relief element towards the bottom. Now if you embossed the coaster before, i encourage you to just copy and paste the embossed design into the Omni project so you have the exact same scale / size.

I used the AI to modify the picture and ask it to make the bird colourful.

Step2: Resize and place the design

Preview

Place the coaster, preferably with a square to make sure it's perfectely square.

Once your picture is modified with the AI to add some colors to the bird, make sure it's the correct size (same as the embossement ) and lay it over the coaster. If it's squared as when you embossed it you don't need to worry about rotation, just positioning on x / y axies.

Print with a layer or two of white and 1 layer of color.
