      Blast Gate Templates for MDF Routing

These templates are designed for routing 18mm and 8mm MDF and are compatible with European-style PVC pipes. The specifications are as follows:

    Pipe Holes:
        100mm for pipes
        105mm for connectors

The sliding panel can be cut from 8mm MDF, eliminating the need for an acrylic template.

Assembly Instructions:

You will require the following materials:

    - 2 x 100mm or 105mm routed pipe fittings made from 18mm MDF
    - 1 x sliding panel (either routed or laser-cut)
    - 2 additional pieces of 8mm MDF, each measuring 13mm by 140mm, to be glued between the routed pipe fittings
    - A piece of paper to add thickness, facilitating smoother movement of the sliding panel
