Information

      Halloween Monster Party laser cutout in basswood.  I have included the cutout and laser option in each file. There are three formats available for download XS, XCS, and SVG. The size of this picture I cutout is approximately 11" X 8".  You can make it larger of smaller, however if you make it smaller you may lose some of the detail and some pieces be thin.

I have the xTool M2 Ultra, and for this project I used 3mm basswood with the recommended xTool settings: 100% power, 8 mm/s speed, and 100% air assist.

I used the magnetic clips to secure the basswood and elevated it slightly off the surface. To help protect the base of the M2 Ultra from laser marks and cuts, I place a sheet of black foil underneath the material. It works extremely well and provides an added layer of protection for the laser bed.
