This simple stand will securely hold your phone and includes supports at the side as well as a slot to hold a charge cable in place. Most recent standard size (not plus/max models) iPhones or similar size smartphones should fit perfectly on this stand including a thin case.

Step1: Design
This simple but effective design holds your phone at a 30 degree angle and leaves enough space at the bottom for a charge cable.
Before cutting, you might want to add some personalised text or images to the design for engraving.
Step2: Cutting
All parts of this stand should be cut from 4mm thick material. I used MDF as this stand will be used in the workshop but you might want to use veneered plywood or even acrylic to make the finished produce a little brighter and more personal to you.
Always remember to use the framing function before cutting to make sure all parts will fit on your material.
Step3: Assembly
Assembling this stand should be easy but will take a little force to slot everything together tightly. It is designed to not require any glue but glue can be added if needed.
