Wood Feather Hair Picks

I used ¼ in Birch laminate, But could also be done on 1/8 Laminate or 3mm Black acrylic for a stiffer end product. 

Set up on flat bed honey comb with air assist to reduce charing on edges.

There are 2 passes the first is the engraving and the second is the cut. 

I lightly sanded with 220 grit paper to smooth edges and remove charing. 

Finished with a Satin Clear coat spray paint to seal and keep surface smooth on both sides. Once dried they are ready to use.
