I used the Kerf outside 0.20

Attention: there are 2 lines close together on the 2 parts of the closure. This is intentional, because it makes the opening a little bit bigger, so that it has better space and is not too bulky

I used staples and a wood glue

When gluing the clasp, the score lines were made as an aid

Make sure that the two small circles are flush

When you glue the two glued circles together with the slightly larger one, pay attention to the correct order (see photos) and also to make sure that everything closes nicely with each other.

Clamps can help here so that nothing slips

Additional tip: If the closure cannot be turned or can only be turned strictly when inserted, you can sand down one part (the 2-layer – not the 3-layer) with a sandpaper on the underside. It is usually only a little enough. On the sandpaper with circular movements
