Information

This is a Slate Award for axe throwing, including company gif and vector.

This is for a specific venue (Axcadia, great place to throw in Bridgwater, UK), under the IATF ruleset.

Design is quick to run with one pass on slate.
Slate has been sprayed with Acrylic Clear Coat before engraving this allows the engraving to stand out.
Top half is engraved, slate flipped on long side and bottom engraved upside down.
Easy way is to create two separate files.
Hope you enjoy

Instruction

Step1

  1. Ensure slate is clean and dry
  2.  Spray with Acrylic Clear Coat before engraving this allows the engraving to stand out (allow to dry for 5 mins before engraving)
  3. Engrave top half
  4. Flip the slate on long side
  5. Refresh camera to ensure placement correct of your design
  6. Engrave bottom half upside down
Easy way is to create two separate files top design, and bottom
I run top and bottom as two different colours. Keep top design as you standard design and run all in one go.
Red is my guide lines that are locked so I can position my changes correctly (unlock them and move to suit your own design)

    Under 5 minutes for an A4 (300mm x 200mm, 12" x 8") design
