Jig for Heart Necklace

      This image allows an exact positioning of a Heart Necklace in the laser engraver. The holder can be easily made from 3 mm plywood panels. There are four precisely placed reference points that ensure repeatable alignment. In the middle there is a custom-fit recess for a heart necklace, which gives a secure and non-slip hold.

It ensures clean engraving results, protects the jewelry during processing and saves time when setting up the laser.

It is important here that the recess for the pendant was made with the help of a deep engraving. Depending on the wood used, the parameters must be adjusted accordingly. The depth of the engraving should be chosen so that the pendant is recessed as far as the bottom point of the hole of the chain as far as possible.
