Paws Car Air Freshener

1. Use 3 mm plywood (or your preferred wood) for all three layers.
2. Adjust the laser settings according to your machine and material.
3. Engrave the pet's name (or other personalization).
4. Cut the front layer.
5. Cut the middle spacer layer that creates the housing for the replaceable felt pad.
6. Cut the back layer (this layer closes the structure while allowing the fragrance to diffuse).
7. Change the canvas and choose the “Felt Cut”
8. Cut the felt pad and then the adhesive pad*

Note 1: If you resize the design, remember to adjust all slots and tolerances accordingly.

Note 2: *Parameters may change depending on thickness of the felt.

1. Glue together the back and the middle layer.
2. Place the felt.
3. Glue the front layer.
4. Take the adhesive felt and apply it on the front layer (use the marked line to center yourself).
5. Align all the layers carefully and clamp until the glue has completely dried.

1. Use an elastic cord to hang the air freshener from your car mirror. 
2. I added a decorative bead to make it more charming.
3. Add a few drops of essential oil or perfume to the felt pad.
4. When the scent fades add new fragrance.

No need to replace the wooden air freshener. Simply refill and enjoy it again!

The adhesive felt to the front is a premium finish. You can create different versions. 

I added a second version in the file (in 3D) reusing the cut pieces from the first file. 

All you have to do is cut out the front layer, color it as you like, and then glue the pieces together. You can customize it with your own text.
