Information

I brought the magic of the mountains to life on these stainless steel bottles through intricately engraved illustrations. I created them because I believe our gear should reflect our passions. They are built to withstand rugged conditions while constantly reminding us of the beauty of the wild and the peaks yet to be conquered.

Step1

Procedure for preparing and aligning a cylindrical object (bottle) on a chuck-rotary attachment for laser engraving. The process involves surface cleaning, leveling, laser marker calibration, and a specific focus offset adjustment.

  1. Clean the bottle thoroughly using IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol).
  2. Mount the bottle securely onto the chuck-rotary attachment.
  3. Level the bottle to ensure a perfectly horizontal engraving surface.
  4. Check whether the red and blue light spots are both aligned on the top surface of the material.
  5. If the light spots are not aligned, follow the steps in "Connect the rotary attachment to xTool F1 ultra" to readjust the position of the rotary attachment.
  6. Focus the laser precisely on the material's surface.
  7. Important: Defocus the laser by adjusting it +10mm.
