I have a wooden book cover with heart for teachers/caregivers with personalized pen. The heart in the cover is also padded for a nice habtian effect.

Step1
Take an existing notebook, e.g. A5, design the front and possibly also the lid and laser. Attach to the notebook with hot glue. Optionally, embellish with string tape and filler material and add a personalized pen as a personal bonus.
