Information

For this project, I wanted to create a timeless pet memorial that celebrates the bond between families and their beloved companions. Starting with a plain white ceramic tile, I applied two coats of black spray paint before laser engraving a high-contrast portrait and personalised inscription, revealing the white ceramic beneath. After testing and refining the photo settings on black scratch paper, I achieved the level of detail I was aiming for. The finished tile was presented in a floating box frame with a matching sympathy card, creating a thoughtful keepsake that preserves precious memories for years to come.
