Simple bookmark

Selected the rectangle to make a base then a smaller one as a plinth centralised.

Picked a font, I used “Charm” in this example. then positioned central on smaller plinth with the capital letter at start sitting just on plinth.

the two cats were picked from Xtools elements tab and positioned. once happy select all and use "combine" tab select “union” and pick ensuring all are selected as engrave

select all again, right click and copy and paste select score and position exactly over the engrave part, you can get it near then select all and use a position option.

once your happy select all again and in the edit tab select “offset” using external option and the slider in my example was “4”. this wll offset with a line around your project, click out off the project and select the line only and use it as the cut option power depending on your material.

I was using 3mm ply (100mm squares) so to get the most I positioned diagonally.
