The Funnel Tray is a practical laser-cut project designed to make filling plastic bags with screws, nuts, washers, beads, and other small parts quick, clean, and efficient. The triangular funnel shape helps guide small components directly into the bag, reducing spills and saving time in the workshop.

This design is optimized for 3mm material and can be made from plywood, MDF, or acrylic. The precision press-fit joints allow for easy assembly; however, applying a small amount of Super Glue (CA Glue) is recommended to create a stronger and more durable tool for long-term use.
